Travel inquiries
We collect your name, contact details and travel request, optional travel date and party size, the source article, city, site language and consent record. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and stored in a private WordPress inbox accessible to site administrators. They are not automatically added to a marketing list. When email notifications are enabled, your inquiry and contact details are also sent through the configured mail service to the team responding to you. Email copies are managed separately in the recipient mailbox.
Inquiries are scheduled for deletion after 180 days by the site’s scheduled tasks. Do not submit identity, payment or sensitive health information.
Other messages and operation
The general contact form records name, email, subject, message and source page; those messages are also scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Hosting may retain request logs. Anti-spam controls briefly use a salted source-address digest. Necessary security and form controls may be used. External services have their own privacy policies.
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion. Any future advertising or analytics requires corresponding policy and consent updates.
